Your dermatologist can write you a prescription for hydroquinone. To have long-lasting results, you'll need to apply these products frequently. It's important to keep in mind that when skin is exposed to sunlight, the benefits of hydroquinone are reversed, so you should only use at night.
I have been told this shouldn't be used for under eyes. Usually dark eye circles aren't caused by changes in pigmentation so wouldn't apply to this area.

Not an eye cream but tea bags! I set aside my tea bags and soak my undereyes with it for a few minutes. Works for me.
We have the same problem! I have been trying out different eye creams in the market and nothing really worked for me. I am considering lifting procedures.
