What’s the best way to handle the long wait times between application submission and response for government jobs? I applied for a frole three months ago and still haven’t heard a thing. I know the process is slow, but the waiting game is brutal. Refreshing my email every day isn’t helping! Has anyone found strategies to stay patient and optimistic during this process? Do you keep applying elsewhere, follow up, or just wait it out?

I told her about Friday interview, she told that will nit happen, so I attentded that, cleared 2 rounds and now she sent mail for documents submission. I recently did a job interview and I made it clear to the HR my expectation salary is 60k a year, non negotiable.
Today I got the job offer and they are offering me 54k. My current company is making me 50k with tons of benefits which is why I am asking for 60k.
