That we are a bunch of losers and Discord mods (derogatory) with neck beards. I hate that description so much

One of the biggest misconceptions about working in community management is that it’s easy. Community management requires a lot of dedication, patience, and tact to ensure that all members of the community are heard and respected. It can be a challenging job, but it can also be incredibly rewarding when done well.

Community management requires a great deal of skill, commitment, and understanding of the community dynamics. It is a complex role that requires an individual to possess a wide range of skills in order to succeed. It is not something that can be learned overnight, and requires a great deal of experience and training.

Hi All,

I joined
Tech Mahindra for 5 days only and didn't find suitable timing for my project and emailed resignation mail to manager and HR. After that HR asked me to resign over portal but at the same time blocked my portal. After requesting many times they didn't unblock my portal and pretended like they want to unblock but there is some issue going on and marked my profile absconded. I have cleared fnf but they are not providing reliving letter but added pf amount also. What to do?

I was doing some googling and I saw that PWC offers MBA hires 45k in comparison to MBBs at 70k +. Is this a bad joke? I can't imagine that PWC's target for MBA hires is widely different from MBB. In the US, the pay gap isn't that wide. Any reason behind this madness?
