Ok I thought so. I had an interview with the partner and SM then lastly HR manager came in and asked if I would be interested in other positions like supervisor. SMH I was told before I came into the interview that I was qualified for the manager position. I’m not leaving my B4 senior role for a small firm to be a “super senior”. I have over 9 years of experience and 3 years of PA experience. I’m also a CPA.
Don’t fall for this scam, RSM always tries to bring in people a level below where they should actually be
So the question is what senior rank were you in B4? If you have 3 years experience in PA you’re most likely an S1. Lol S1 to manager is a big jump.
If you are S3 then you would go to manager since S3 = supervisor in mid tier.
Supervisor is equivalent to a senior.
Super senior. It's to appease people without paying materially more, to stem to flight risk
You right I’m probably an S1. I expressed my concern about the tax manager position I interview for but I was told I was qualified to be a manager based on my experience before the interview.
