What’s the ethics around conflict of interest? I can see that you shouldn’t work for direct competitors directly (ie Delta and United), but what about agencies (ie Ogilvy and Publicis)? Or even by client (ie multiple agencies ok but you don’t handle Toyota with Ogilvy and Nissan at Publicis)? Assume it’s not explicitly stated contractually.

Hi guys currently I'm working in a project with very stringent timelines. Sometimes we need to put more than 13-14 hrs each day. There are 4 members in my team. Two are involved in database prt and me and my lead are involved in the front end and middle layer prt. Somehow my lead is not at all pleased with my work. Went from a big firm to work for a smaller firm. The people in the smaller firm are protective of their work and are good by their work too. I no longer feel chaos or stress. I am treated with respect and my schedule is more normal. I am even working more billable hours than before, but it feels like a seamless experience. I don’t work then past 5pm or anything out of the ordinary for this time of the year. I am so grateful!
