Hi Fishes
I want to share very bad experience I had at Mastercard
I was given offer by Mastercard in month of Dec The hike was less but looking at brand & other perks I accepted the offer & was looking forward to joining them.I got few offers & I went back to them for sole purpose of renegotiating CTC, to have a industry standard hike. They didn't reverted back for 2-3 days & just dropped a mail that they are revoking initial offer as well on grounds that they didn't like i gave other interview

And you still want to work with these people why?
FYI....your bosses prob will find out anyway...everyone knows what early am doctor visits are or “leaving early” bla bla. And they will make their plans accordingly and start interviewing as well. I find the whole thing pretty strange...if you are any kind of shop with even halfway decent humans, I always think it’s much better to just be honest with your employer and let them know you are looking but will keep it to a min amount of meetings and mostly before or after work and won’t be spending the day on the computer looking for jobs during business hours... you’d be surprised how many employers will appreciate the sincerity and maybe even help find a better fit / make an introduction etc - sometimes it’s just not a good match but it doesn’t mean folks can’t be mutually respectful about trouble shooting that situation in an elegant way. Just throwing that out there to consider. If it doesn’t meet your particular situation and you think you’ll just get asked to leave right away in a mean way, do what you are doing...
If they can’t be accommodating and respectful of your time now, just think about how bad it could be if you were to there. Also, if they really wanted you, they would accommodate your schedule.
Recruiters don’t work outside of normal work hours in my experience, if you want it you gotta make it happen yourself.
Do they know ur still working? Good recruiters will accommodate your schedule. I tell em I'll take a day off but need to get all those interviews in on that 1 day. They should understand it's not easy to make multiple trips/make up multiple excuses for ur boss...
Demanding that I take three days off because their team only wants to meet in the middle of the day.
