Hi All,
Persistent Systems is giving 10% variable on gross annual CTC. HR says you would receive minimum 70% of variable pay every month and remaining 30% will credited once a year at the end.
Does anyone has idea on this? Can I believe this and include 70% variable in my take home

Hi ,I have been interviewed and selected in S&P Global .salary almost negotiated and waiting for the offer letter to release. But seems like they are not willing to release the offer because of my 90 np . They are asking to join by 60 days but initially I told them my NP is 90. Even I am ready to take the 60 days offer but now they are not releasing offer as they want assurance.Now they are not picking calls.seems like i will loose the offer. Is there anything can be done.

My friend works at Fiserv India. Not sure about jobs moving to offshore at India but heard there are politics in teams.
Apart from that very bad agile in South America regions to be precise. People work round the clock and no structure in release. Ppl are disconnected and there is always blaming.
Hardworking is hardly recognized whereas legacy maintenance is being praised and there is the culture of saving each other.
I have a friend who has workd there for two years and she is really happy. She works at the one In Alpharetta actually but I am not sure what team she is on or really what she does there haha. I do know she really likes it though because she has tried to get me to come over there several times now.
They just lad off hundreds and had a walk out
