They seem to be going hard on the three days in office messaging at the moment.

Fidelity is in office M-F one week a month depending on business group

like

What are the other 3 weeks?

State Street - you must come into the office according to your “persona” in the HR system:
Remote = still remote, zero days in office,
Hybrid = 2 or 3 days per week in office
Some others maybe 5/days week in office.

Amundi (US Offices) are 3 days a week, up to team/manager which 3 days. Can come in more if you want - everyone assigned a permanent desk. Very few fully remote people.

But flexibility is available especially around holidays and in the summer.

Citi is hybrid, so in office 3 days a week. The specific days depend on the team.

Invesco is in 5 days a week for investment teams, 3 days for most other groups

2-3 days a week for most firms, Blackrock clearly want people to leave or something.

PIMCO is 5 days/week and CG is 3 days/week (for now)

I received a promotion earlier this year from an Investment Advisor, AVP to Senior Investment Advisor, VP and moved from $110K to $140K ($130 salary + $10K discretionary bonus) all in. By meeting expectations in 2 pay cycles, the base bumps up to $175K + bonus.
