I have a CD that gets extremely flustered when you ask them for their opinion on a solution. For example after showing them multiple color pallets and CD not quite liking any of them (real Goldie locks moment) i suggested why not we do (fill in three colors here), the CD freezes up and gets annoyed because they don’t want to say yes or no without seeing it in front of them. Working on tight turn arounds and a cd who is too busy for meetings it proving tough with remote working. Any tips?

Are you tired of the agency life?

One of the reasons I want to transition from industry to consulting (tier 1) is that I get frustrated when I have to collaborate with mediocre people. My assumption is that Tier 1 consulting firms hire really sharp people and if I can get in, I’ll be collaborating with folks on top of their game (not expecting much from clients). I’m aware there are personal aspects I need to work on like my mindset, patience etc etc, but I just get so frustrated with blatant stupidity.

If my H1 is up for extension on July 2019, when should I initiate extension. Can I change my home city in that time period?

Networking: I’m trying to build a network with MBB employees but I’m searching for roles in another country where I’ve got minimal school connections. Should I start by building a network in my home country and ask them if they can put me in touch with someone in my target location? Bain 🐠, have experienced hire interview coming up with view of coming into PE group. What types of cases should I concentrate on? Valuation? Profitability? Market sizing? Coming in as 2nd year Consultant

BCG folks - my interview process was interrupted by the pandemic in the spring. Would you recommend reaching out to the recruiter to see if it is possible to restart the process now? Or are things still pretty frozen for experienced hires at the PL level?
