What's the minimum base salary % jump that is good for a 1st year manager right now? I'd be going for an Accounting Manager role. I'm listing about 22% and don't want to lowball myself. Background: audit and accounting advisory.

Expect 160sh if going to PA. Expect 170sh going industry. This is presuming you’re in MHCOL.

Maybe I need to switch to RSM because I make $100k as an M1 and am ranked above my peers.

Hi Fishes,

What percentage hike can I negotiate in the HR round of Accenture if I have a second offer of 17 lacs (CTC) in hand and a relevant experience of 2 years?

Inputs from people who are working or have worked in Accenture would be really appreciated. 🙂

I recently found out I was “promoted” or giving a higher title, same pay. I was told HR was updating employees titles based on the work they do… Is that even a thing?? My mid yr review is coming, should I just ask for more money?

Hi all, recently in touch by Spotify recruiter for a Sec Engineer position for remote EU and was told that range was 60-80 out of base salary and equity. Had 2 years of security experience out of my 4 years. Was also told that there is no bonus scheme or no sign in bonus 😕 Not sure how I feel about this tbh.

What do you think?
