I net 69% of gross pay (that is subtracting out benefits too). I live in a state without state income tax and max 401k.

Approx 58%. Contribute max to 401k. Live in Boston. Eventually will be higher once I pass the 135k max for social security, but that’s only for the last few months of the year.
