Cuz our primary system blows. We were supposed to have 31 primaries completed today, but we already have the 2 candidates. The other 19 states didnt even get a say.
Also, early states send the trends, but states like iowa and nevada are white af. So diverse populations are shut out

Wow I wish folks who think Obama and The Clintons are great would do a little digging for themselves and see the damage they actually did to this country while making themselves rich. Obama funded terrorists groups with tax payers money while disarming the US and leaving us vulnerable to our enemies who were building nuclear power to destroy us. The Clinton's gave Russia our uranium and north Korea a generator so they could build nuclear power to destroy us. I could go on for days about the things that the Obama's and Clinton's have done but it is best you do your own research. Begin by watching Clinton's cash and Obama's America. Please don't be fooled. Someone is not good or bad because of the color of their skin or gender. Look at their past actions and deeds to make a good or bad determination.

Because too many Americans were afraid that only a “safe option” could beat Trump (the latter obviously being locked in as an incumbent)
The problem wasn’t about women imho. It has become about Bernie/Warren’s progressive policies vs everyone else.
When Bernie and Warren’s campaigns took momentum, the rest of the democrats needed to make a decision of agreeing with those progressive ideas or choose someone to beat them first. That ends up allowing Biden to take the reign because he has the most name recognition among the group and most think if they throw all the support the most probable candidate, they won’t end up with the progressive ideas that they don’t agree with.
The primary then become Bernie vs the rest. Individually, Bernie may have a bigger proportion (like 20-40%?) because the rest are splitting. That means the rest of the Democrats never get to choose among the “others” to avoid a Bernie ticket.
If Bernie were never in the primary, it may be a totally different primary and Biden will probably won’t end up with the nomination.
Bernie bros may say that the DNC with the rest of the candidates stole the nomination from him because everyone agrees to stick together against him. But it can also be true that Bernie stole the nomination from DNC because we never had a chance to choose between the rest and end up just agreeing and put a most name recognizable old VP to the ticket.
You guys drank too much cool-aid from Obama? Now you can’t go back to the normal candidates - old white men.
They are the same caliber candidates we've always had, people are just finally realizing politicians are trash.
Why? Great men will have nothing to do with our political system.
When I declared that Democrats would be incapable of choosing a candidate worse than Hillary, that wasn’t supposed to be a challenge.

I don’t think the US is more ignorant in their stupidity. I’ve lived all over the world (India, Ghana, and Hong Kong) and you can find idiots everywhere. I will say though, Switzerland is the most well functioning country I’ve ever lived in.
