A Big4 approached me with an opportunity. I am currently working on H-1B. Why would a company request to login to portal and submit all my documents before the interview and offer? I am hesitant and do not want to share my educational documents, passport, visa and pay stubs. Has anyone had a similar experience?Deloitte EY PwC KPMG

Current C in GPS S&A. Went from my first year as a C at 86k to 92k in my second year. 100-105 is going to be the very top of the GPS paypand for a C, but they get most folks within the 80-95 range. Lesson is that you should absolutely push for 95.
That’s pretty high unless you have more than 4 years of experience I came in at 90 with a MS and 2 YOE
Any advice or tactics to negotiate salaries?
Not at D, but when the recruiter asked me for salary I said I wanted $95k-$105k. I was lowballed at $86k and negotiated to $98k. I justified by saying I am leaving my network and giving up my bonus and raise this year. For reference, I came in as a SC in EY’s GPS. 3 YOE. Always give a $10k range and never give the recruiter a specific number as that will become your ceiling for negotiating.
Pushed for 95, they’re standing at 90 for C. Would that set me up for tough time getting my salary up later in the firm?
