Hi Fishes, I've accepted offer from Accenture from their portal.. But now got new offer from EY and wants to join at EY. So how can I tell Accenture Accenture India that I'm not going to join them. Rather than not showing up on the date of joining? Can you please guide me? How do I let them know? My talent coach is not reachable

Staff reductions to a skeleton crew who can service the client through the end of the business relationship which usually looks like sending over tons of files.
They get fired
Three options:
1. You get fired.
2. You’re asked to follow the account and join the new agency.
3. You are absorbed into a new piece of business within the current agency.
I’ve experienced all three options. #1 is the most probable. Don’t wait, start looking.
So I’ll say that I work at an indie agency and the account wasn’t massive (8 people total) that works on mid-size clients and they:
1) perpetually pitching for new business
2) have sister agencies who handle bigger clients
Does that mean I’ll be asked to help pitch or will I be transferred?

It means you should be actively asking to help pitch, join another team, etc. Don’t wait to be asked, jump in.
Just transferring a whole bunch of files to client’s new agency. You’ll probably be rotated onto a new team and have to double dip for a month or two.
New agency asking for stuff. Old agency saying no. Client getting in the middle
I’ve been on 3 accounts in 3 years. Keep losing the business, HR works to move you into a new account typically

We lost an account I was on, I was simply asked to not work any hours against that client as of 11:59PM end of that year. We were asked to send some raw data and that was that. I was already on other accounts so I basically had an extra 5 hours a week to work on said accounts, but this was at a time when my agency was winning business frequently so maybe a different story now that we’re in a loser agency.
