VMware Opening support domain, DM for referral

Hi,
I have around 4+ years experience as a technical support engineer for Microsoft processes like windows, exchange server and worked on both b2c and b2b environments. I would like to get in Vmware as a support specialist role or technical support engineer. I don't hold a degree at the moment, but doing a distance degree now. Will VMware consider this and is there any way for me to get in for these roles? Please share your comments.VMware

Hello people, how common is a Amazon to PWC move ?
I’m interviewing for a Senior Associate role and TC seems to be more competitive than role in L5.
TC $114k- Base AMZ- $73k +$38kstocks ( vesting 17k$ due next year)
TC $135k Base PWC -$81$ + Bonuses ( 50k$)
Looking for managerial skills which the PWC role avails, and L6 promo doesn’t seem to be happening soon in current role. I’m also mentally stretched. I hear WLB in PWC is just as busy but can anyone confirm if this move makes any sense. Google Amazon

What? Consultants get hired by the client all the damn time.
If the client hires me I wouldn’t be fired…?
You need to disclose it if it's an audit client.

Ive done this successfully once (arrived at my current job after leaving a B4 for my client), and failed once (tried to leave for a competitor competitor who was doing work at my client, threatened with tortious interference, had to go back to working at my job). It’s delicate.
The key is to do it in such a way that your current firm has a reason to keep you and the client happy.
