What’s the rough split of what people do post PE associate role (job-wise)?

I recently took up a Customer Success Manger role at a engineering software company. Previously I was a Project Manager at the same company but wanted to move out of my engineering services role. I primarily took this role hoping to get exposure to providing SaaS services as company is transitioning at software cloud. My long term goal is to move into tech as my current customers are mostly in O&G. Is customer success a good entry point go get into one for the big tech companies?

What is the highest percentage increase you have negotiatied for an internal position? Wondering if all companies typically bump 5-10% for the next paygrade range or is there opportunity for 20-30% jumps.

Just became an ACD. Im in a limbo. Half of the time im being treated as a Super Senior AD and the other half im being treated as a Almost CD. Then when im scoped over work that my CD and I oversee, some people are asking me how does my role differ from the CD’s, as they tend to look at me as an unnecessary layer for approvals. So, here it is. I was having joining on last week October as a senior analyst data science in Tiger Analytics. Today I got an call from HR that due to economic recession we are going to delay your date of joining by 2 months. My notice period was of 3 months. So total duration would be 5 months. Infact even after that too they didn't send me revised offer letter. There is something wrong with this company.

My friend has following offers from three companies after MBA (two offcampus and one from campus)

1. Finance Effectiveness/ EPM role at one of the Big 4
2. Deal Advisory role at one of the Big 4
3. Organization strategy role from one of the top consulting companies (not Big 4)

Which role offers the best exit options? All the offers from US support teams of the companies.
OS role offers better than the other two (only slightly), but I am interested in a good profile

I feel left out in my firm. How do I make 'friends' with my colleagues? I've been here for a year. I am naturally not a very out going person, was never 'cool' and I struggle to speak in group situations / make engaging conversation with higher ups.
