What's the salary range at Director Level in risk management domain at Big 4s?

Has anyone gotten funding for their startup from an angel investor? A friend from grad school submitted a patent but needs funding for the patent fees, then a clinical trial. (Not looking to sell to big pharma company. Also, the therapy itself cannot be patented, but my friend has the patent for the technology that produces it.)

What year did you gain INDEPENDENCE to run LARGE cases?
I’m a 4th year and my partner let’s me run smaller cases but still not letting me run the largest cases in the firm, but I’m not sure when I should be running independent

I’ve been having a bit of trouble working with one partner at a new firm. There are definitely things I can/need to work on for improvement, but I’ve been practicing for four years and have had no trouble with other partners/peers before. I have 9.5 yrs of experience and am currently level 62 in Microsoft. I feel I should be Senior SE in Microsoft (level 63) but when I got microsoft offer last year the HR said it is the maximum they can give. Fixed base is 28 LPA. There is an upcoming appraisal cycle in September, so I wanted to ask how much can I expect Microsoft to adjust the base salary in this appraisal cycle ( given my performance was decent) ?

Does coforge renegotiate if we show counter offer as earlier they offered very low. ? Remaining joining time is 20 days

I have been on bench since I joined the firm 3 months ago. Now I have got project but still on bench. I have got mail regarding not raising snapshots because I was on bench so i didn't do anything except trainings and some learning. I don't have hours to raise snapshot for.

What shall I do in this case? I am very much worried that if i don't have any project hours to show, will they fire me or what actions are supposed to be taken ? Thanks.
