What's the salary range for PMOs & Project Managers with 7-8 years of experience in the current market? Companies like Verizon, Deloitte, EY, CGI, Here, ITC, etc. are not even discussing 20+ LPA. I've got some e-mails even stating budget constraints with figures of 15 LPA, etc. Based on the calls I'm getting, 99% of companies are asking me to settle down for 20 LPA max which I used to earn. I'm currently not working with 2-3 months career gap. Kindly share some insights and suggestions.

Sanity check. I like a nice lifestyle. Currently make 350-550k with bonus. 53 years old. About 400k in brokerage. Another 1.9million in retirement accounts. House worth 1.2 million with loan of 625k. I have received an offer from KPMG Global Services, HR said there will be 10-20% yearly bonus apart from fixed CTC. But % numbers are not mentioned in the offer letter, Just they mentioned it as " You will be eligible for Performance bonus as per the company policy".

When I checked with HR for bonus % is not mentioned in the offer letter, she said... its not mentioned for everyone. 10-20% is common across all employees.

Is this okay ? OR anyone have their bonus % in the offer

I got word last week that I received the green light from HC. I'm starting comp discussions next week for SWE Manager L6. It's a remote position and geographically located in a city comparable to Chicago or Austin (probably in between). There are no data points on levels for my Geo. Basically asking for some ranges I should go in with next week. My thoughts:
Base: 250k
RSU: 600-700 (4yr)

I'm going to ask for a sign on since I would miss out on my current bonus this year.
