I gave an interview on Thursday, got information from hiring consultant on Friday that I have cleared that and the LTI HR will schedule next interview on Monday.

Since then I haven't got any further call till now (Monday Evening).
Seems the consultant too has no clue.

Need P1 advice
I joined LTI in March and got tagged to a brand new client. Until yesterday PM told that project will start soon and their is delay from client end. But today he confirmed that project is cancelled and now I'm just floating in employee's pool. What should I do in this situation? Why did they hire if they didn't have project confirmed. Its been more than 2 months and I already feel I'm forgetting my skills. This is so depressing. Havent been allocated since joined LTI.
