Been with the firm for 5 years. Came in as C. I was one of those who didn’t come out of undergrad too hot. I’ve seen a lot of analysts who deserve bonuses, the majority of them have left. The firm promotes “pay for success” but this kind of stands in contrast to that theory. I’m not saying it should be a huge pot of cash, but performance bonus IMO should be available to BAs

They’re making bonuses within 2.5 yrs of joining. Top performers still get solid raises and fast track of they do it YoY
