I have 8 years of experience in Teradata; 4 years of experience in UNIX; 2 years of experience in VBA; 1 tool patented; Total 8.4 years of IT exp. What should be my current salary?

Is it a good? and how much in-hand it will be?

I've been exploring exit opportunities for a few months and still holding out for the right opportunity. However, I've had A LOT of recruiters reach out to me for positions that are way below my current salary. They do the whole "your background and expertise is exactly what we're looking for" then turn around and offer a salary range that is 20k below my current level. My resume clearly says I've got 10yrs experience and an MBA. I **don't think* I should be getting offers of 80k-100k
