Having a catchy opener or just keeping it straightforward and saying it's a sales call, and asking them if they want to continue or hang up? My managers are constantly asking us to be 'concise and natural', but what that leads to is almost always a rejection. I don't know if being pushy is the way to go or not. Thoughts?

How many billable hours per week is considered at capacity?
