As the old saying goes: make hay while the sun shines. Is having 2 jobs paying the bills and not allowing you any free time? Would you rather have one job to have more free time? If I could tell my 20 year old self anything, it would be to work as much as possible, hoard my paychecks, invest, invest, invest and retire a happy 50 year old!
Hi!
One thing you could consider would be to set a certain deadline for yourself, as to until when you´re willing to balance between two jobs?
Also, when you think about one high-paying job - what would that job/career look like for you? What type of a job? What industry?
Once you have these answers then you can reverse engineer it - in order to land such a job by that specific deadline, what do you need to do?
All the best :)
Btw, if you´d like, feel free to connect. I´m a Career Coach, happy to offer some additional insights.
