I recently took up a Customer Success Manger role at a engineering software company. Previously I was a Project Manager at the same company but wanted to move out of my engineering services role. I need advice from the collective. It seems like there is a trend to sell wine in unique bottles. The only problem with this, those bottles will not fit into my wine fridge. I keep getting sour wines. I’ve never had this issue before but the last few bottles I got (store shelf, nothing too fancy) tasted like they were opened and left out. That gross stale sort of sour taste… but the cork was in tight and sealed. 🧐
