When a coworker constantly overshares on set, like venting about personal drama, trauma dumping, making inappropriate jokes, etc... how do you shut it down without making it weird? I get that we all bond on long shoots, but I’m reaching my limit. It’s distracting, unprofessional, and honestly exhausting to be their emotional sponge. What’s your approach to setting boundaries while keeping things civil?
