When applying for jobs do you submit a tailored version of your portfolio, or do you submit your website as is? Im noticing that a lot of hiring managers these days seem to be looking for a portfolio that precisely matches their needs and cant seem to generalize what a designer’s capabilities are from their past work if its not a 1:1 with the company they are recruiting for, which is frustrating to say the least.
