I have received offer from Shell and SAP labs is in final stage salary discussion. Shell is offering 6 lacs more than @SAP labs. I have tried to negotiate a lot from SAP but they are not ready. They are putting conditions like give your full commitment to join then only we'll release offer letter. I am currently looking for work life balance with growth. Should I join @SAP considering its a Product based and good WLB and learning? Teck Stack - Java/Micro-services/cloud YOE - 11yrs

Turn on job alerts on places like LinkedIn and be one of the first to apply. This is a very candidate-rich market. Often, recruiters find a great candidate pool within the first 20 applications.
All of our individual contributor roles are advertised per DOL guidelines but some senior roles are not.
The first step to get your resume noticed is to make your resume as interesting as possible. Include how projects and experiences impacted your teams and the organization. Did you corner the market? Did you gain customers? Did you get patented? Did you win KLAS software awards? Did you save the company money? Did you implement processes?
The second step is to pass the applicant tracking system. Make sure you include key words from the job description.
Third, don’t disqualify yourself in the phone screen by specifying a salary. Always ask what the role is budgeted for (it’s not a secret) and always provide a range.
