Hi DeyC bowl, thoughts about GC for parents? I got my GC last year and was wondering if it will be beneficial for my parents to get one. I am not sure if they will end up staying here long term. I would‘ve liked them to come here and experience the life on a visit visa but there are no appointments available & don’t know how for how long. Factors to consider: 1. Time to get GC 2. Financial impact on parents given they hold property and pension in India 3. Anything else I should be thinking abt?

What happens if we dont decide to join a company once H1b transfer is approved?

Hey guys! I moved to the U.S. a year ago, I’m from Germany. The plan was to stay for a couple months, but things don’t always go as planned. I‘ve been dating this guy for over a year now and I think he could be the one..now all romance aside. I’m getting my bachelors degree in International Business Communication in July and I’m already trying to appy for jobs in the U.S. The problem though is that I‘d need a work visa and so far I‘ve been struggling to find a job. Similar campaign passed in Denver office and she was included in that campaign and notified that she will have to move offices to Denver. At what point does she have to move? Recently I finished H1B transfer and will start working for the new employer. My current employer is small and I don’t think they will pay the attorney fees to withdraw my H1B after I left. If they don’t withdraw my H1B after I left, would there be any impacts on me? I guess that’s purely employer responsibility and won’t impact me, correct?
