Guys there’s this boot camp that I came across that trains people to get jobs in Top consulting firms and has a fee plan wherein you pay once you get placed. I just wanted to know if someone here has any experience with this ?

The comp conversations happen in mid to late August with a PPED. If you somehow didn't manage to have a one on one conversation (highly unlikely), you would also get an email with your new pay details at the end of August. Every. Single. Year. What additional transparency or consistency are you looking for?
Okay so you need to be here at EY for years to understand the process ey6 and ey3. Thx everyone else

The comp discussion is no big deal. Just because a partner does not contact you doesn't mean you will not get the pay hike bonus etc. You will get an email with your new comps and a letter you need to sign if you were promoted. Dude I never received a call for 3 years in a row and when I did the call was BS. Stay calm. Also HR takes for ever to send your proof of employment in case you need it. So plan accordingly. EY HR is sloppy. No need to get frustrated!
Op, I agree the process in not transparent and broken. These other posters are just accustomed to a broken process
This was all communicated via email over a month ago. Comp conversations start tomorrow.
Just do what you have to do...your ppeds will do what they need to
Or you could actually read your e-mails.

We have bigger things to worry about if you're frustrated at a lack of "transparency" for a process that has remained consistent for years.
You don't see the effect till oct 1, there isn't a rush.
