When filling out conflicts re funds work: Do you put the client's name that was billed (XYZ LLC) or all the various fund entities (XYZ Fund 1, etc) how do you list the adverse parties? Also, there could be hundreds of LPs in a fund, do you put them all in the form?

I just did this for fund formation, I listed the client name, as well as the individual funds I helped form. Didn’t mention LPs

Just went through this exercise as someone who does a ton of PE work. I listed the client that was billed and name of the portco. Definitely not upstream LPs, holding companies, etc. And for adverse parties, I listed the primary seller(s) for transactions. If they have more questions, the recruiting team will let you know.

“Keep costs down”???? I am happy to keep costs down by not working on this ducking matter anymore. You didn’t have to do shit on this matter, didn’t hear you complaining about my taking the lead and managing everything for you when that was happening. >.>
