Hi guys, is it really hard to get a foreign job? I have just started applying for some positions through linkedin jobs. Are there better ways than linkedin? Also my experience is relatively less. How long it takes you to get an offer after the final interview?

I was told to apply to a hospital job by someone interested in interviewing me. The recruiter reached out. Asked for my availability but then didn’t respond when I gave her my availability. I followed up. We scheduled a phone call (she said she’d call) and then she didn’t call! At this point, I’m thinking they’re totally disorganized. Is this common practice? I’ve never dealt with a recruiter so I don’t know.

I’ve been told that cold applying and making no contacts is usually not going to lead to anything, and that’s been true in my experience. But should I reach out to someone first? I have been assigned to project in tcs. I will be introduced to client only when I complete certain certification. I have been asked to complete it within a week. I am trying my best and giving 4-5 hrs daily to prepare.

I am a little bit worried about this. Can someone tell me how does this impace the growth in tcs. If one doesn't complete a certification what actions are taken. I Joined last week. As I come from a product based company I have done certifications but there was no pressure
