When traveling to see family, do you take PTO for the entire time? Or do you prefer to mix in a few work-days when possible? I personally like to take longer visits to family and then work most of the time I’m there. My family are a bunch of night owls, so most of the fun happens after work hours anyway.

Cons: Its a startup, the solution they offer is adjacent to my desired industry, its a very small team so I wouldn’t grow my network as much, tech stipend for new laptop (but they don’t provide a work one)
