Hey anyone willing to swing a referral for roles in change management consulting or healthcare consulting

What would u do? 3 YOE HCOL city and I have 2 potential options:
1) move to a boutique healthcare strategy consulting firm in a similar role as I have now (client facing consulting role).. 120-130 base + 20% bonus
2) a product specialist role at Meta (FB). This told role product management, it’s analytics heavy. $107k base, 10% bonus, $30K stock.

At the end of the day, TC for both is similar. As far as exit opportunities I’m not sure what is better, so looking to get other people’s opinions.

Given the opportunity, would you ever turn down an offer to move from Big4 to MBB? If so, why? (Let's exclude extreme situations like significant rank cuts, etc.)
