When you interview at Facebook, are they straight forward interviews or are there “tricks” to test you throughout? I’ve finished an interview today and I’ve no idea whether it went well or not, and think I’m reading into it too much?! Anyone been through the process before?

I’m currently at a studio that has been good to me. They took a chance and allowed me to change career paths. They gave me numerous opportunities that lead me to now, being the head of a department. MBB AP about to exit to non-FAANG tech. Would you expect a signing bonus and/or pre-determined severance pay if things don't work out with the new company? Anything else that people have negotiated during their exit? I'd be leaving a large amount of bonus on the table to leave before the end of the year.

Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere. I have 2 masters (mba, ms) from top schools, been in consulting for over 10 years, I am confident that I know my stuff well..but still I keep getting rejected. Interviewed with Google, Amazon, Cisco, McKinsey, and a few others and every-time there is something that is not a match... are the hiring managers looking for like 100% match? That will never happen!!!
