When your team takes a new software to use in its daily work flow how does usage and training of that usually roll out?
Does one assigned person learn it and is instructed to take time with every member to show the basics or is it everyone being showed the basics at once or even something else?
My company is trying to roll out so new software for the employees to use and its implementation of trying to get everyone to use it is somewhat scattered between different departments.

Ours ends up being scattered too and usually poorly rolled out

Yea I feel like since this has been so poorly done it will be like pulling teeth to get people to adopt the new system they barely know anything about. So I am just getting ready for the countless trainings they will have to follow this up with from the ineffective release of this stuff.

When my team rolled out new software, we had one lead person who became the go-to expert and helped train everyone else. They scheduled small group sessions to show the basics, but it wasn’t very structured, so some departments were more behind than others. Clearer communication could’ve helped a lot!

Hi everyone

Is it okay to try for more offers in the notice period? I am feeling like why I am doing this but at the same time want to best offers.

And also thinking how should I convey if I didn't join the company even after negotiating and asking for a counter offer based on another offer.

Please advise and suggest.

Thanks

Hey guys, so I want to start a "thing" where I am the middle person who connect candidates to the companies for hire. I do not want to provide contracts as I will not provide benefits. I just want to be the middle person. I have a network of people who are looking for some help in navigating what or how. I want to get them from point A to B. How would I monetize this? and how would I get the companies on board?

Also worked in global matrix organisations with US teams so know the culture quite well. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Saw my therapist this past Friday and he gave me a useful trick to build better behavior patterns. Whenever you have work to do but would rather nap or something, tell yourself 3 negative effects of the nap and 3 positive effects of doing the work. You might still take the nap, but if you can get in the habit of thinking of it negatively, you'll take less naps when you need to be doing other things.

Doesn't matter what the activities are. Could be working out vs eating more, could be socializing IRL vs wasting time in FB (lol)
