When you’re on vacation, how good of a job do you do disconnecting? I struggle with it. Badly. The biggest thing is I find myself feeling obsolete. As if being away from the office will show how I’m not needed on the team. I know wild. This is new and something that has only started in this current position. Working on it in therapy but it’s been a huge hurdle for me.

To sleep or not to sleep? That is the question... that I’m contemplating right now. At what point is sleep the better choice in the middle of a very busy week? Will I be more productive tomorrow if I call it quits and actually get a full 8 hours tonight? Or do I keep churning out half-assed work product until the wee hours of the night in hopes of catching up, since I’m already two days behind where I need to be?

Current ctc: 18LPA + expecting a end of year hike of minimum 8%
Offered ctc: 25LPA
I would like to know if the switch would be worth in terms of stability, WLB, growth.
