Hi, I'm leaving Citi in 2 months. It's hard to make this decision. I have an offer from a small startup. In citi, my previous experience was not considered and was reskilled to different tech which is the reason for change.I don't like to exit citi. As I like the company so much. But considering my current knowledge,I am in the middle of the sea.I am afraid now that the new company's offer would be revoked due to this recession?Or can I take back my resignation in citi before the last working day.Is this wise decision?

I rely on this community 100%; Glassdoor has saved me so many times. Great insights, tips, and reviews that have earned my trust. I always use the community to find out everything I can about the job, company, and culture.
The amount of tips and tricks is honestly so great, it’s defo something people don’t think about either!
I do the exact same thing. Glassdoor reviews have made me walk away from jobs I thought were perfect on paper. Sometimes you spot patterns in the comments that tell you everything you need to know.
At first I did worry that people only post bad reviews on Glassdoor but I feel like it’s such a useful place to really sense what a company is like
For sure. Usually before sending my CV or completing the long application form. It has stopped me from sending my details to 'ghost' companies or businesses that never seem to actually hire. Obviously, some of are disgrunted ex employees but numerous bad reviews obviously have a point.
Absolutely agree, can be useful to at least pick up the vibe of a company
