As a brown person have experienced that in the past, but lately it’s blatant. I’m a diamond and a million miler however, I see more and more out of turn upgrades. I’m in-house at a small company (60 people), started right out of law school about 5 years ago. We had a legal team of 5 then. Everyone has left and we just hired a new GC. I went from $70k to $100k a little over a year ago.
