I’m a Flutter dev with 3 years of experience, and I’m looking to transition into full-stack development to increase job opportunities and salary. I learned JS and Python during my college curriculum, but I don’t have professional experience with them. Which backend frameworks or languages should I focus on to maximize my job prospects and salary? I’m open to suggestions based on current trends and future demand for full-stack developers.

Junior associate here, should I ask for more money if my firm is about 10-15 percent less hours but about 30 percent less pay? The gap will never be closed to the top pay scale at my firm but when I decided to come to this firm the pay difference was about 15 percent and not 30. I'm happy with the job I do but I expect a better compensation. I'm a B.com graduate, worked in operations for 3.5 years and moved to a technical role within the same company because I have always been passionate about tech. Now I have 1.5 years of experience as a product support engineer and am pursuing MCA in cloud computing. I have a package of 6.3 LPA. I'm expecting around 10 LPA.
