Appraisal(Nov2021) is 1.22F and I am getting an offer of 1.44F from McKinsey.
I have already decided to join McKinsey but just want to know what are the perks I should expect in McKinsey. How is variable component? What is the scenario of WFH? I have been offered Senior Capabilities & Insights Analytics Analyst.

Im due for a promotion to VP and I’ve been told it’s coming. I am a top performer, it is overdue, and my org has done nothing to adjust for inflation. Since promotions represent the one opportunity to accelerate comp outside of changing jobs is it reasonable to negotiate on the details? In the past it’s always been “you’re lucky to get this” sold as a gift - but IMO they have a lot of ground to make up for and I’m curious how I’d counter a lowball offer. Am I crazy? Anyone ever done this?

Hi fishes, I got 8 LPA offer from 1 company. My current company offered 10 LPA to retain me. I informed same thing to the new company. Again they revised the offer letter with 10 LPA.
