Bonus for eyp manager is now 15% - 30%
A&M pay is determined not just utilization but also collections which drives base and bonus ; this year same as last year utilization has been low so you meeting 100% bonus is highly unlikely. More than happy to answer any questions more you will have.
I do not know every time but Atleast lay out facts for the candidates so that people know real culture vs living in bubble.
I’m leaning EY-P since I value consistent cash flow & brand.
I'm not holding my breath on what our bonus will actually look like. If it's consistent with this year then we are still not really on par with the companies we view as our competitors

Every firm has some downsides ! A&M and EYP are both great options, one comes with stability of higher base and other comes with a great upside potential.

We did, but no chance we get anywhere close to 100%. This year most Directors will be between 15-20% with a max of 30%.

The bonus’s aren’t 10% at EYP, they’re 20-30% (above for top percentage of performers).

Your best case TC at EYP is 260.

Add another 10k for base increase in addition to 260k so basically your best case scenario is 270k at the end of year 1
