Which one to choose between Optum and Tiger Analytics for Data Scientist position? Where can I expect better data science domain expertise (In my previous companies I found very less understanding of Data Science practices as team)? Heared good things about both of these. Also hearing Tiger is expanding rapidly and getting some crap projects as well in the name of data science. Could someone put light on these things?

Takeda is still doing WFH.
Jazz Pharmaceuticals is WFH
J&J’s 3 days a week
Amgen has a mix depending on role. Most office roles still primarily WFH but with an expectation that you can come into the office if needed, unless you're geographically unable.
Not that I'm aware of. The current model seems to be working well for everyone.
Not AbbVie.
Probably! I do know I was in commercial ops and it was every man early in the office as possible just to bullshit with each other. Add that everyone started to wear blazers as a status really nailed it for me. I do miss a pension
Genentech is 3 days a week mandatory as far as I know. USA. For Canada Roche is once a week and it will be 3 a week. Its tracked at genentech, will be coming to Roche soon is the rumor
Roche 1 is correct. 3 days a week mandatory with specific mandated days, at least for some groups. Employees are not happy to put it lightly.
