16 weeks at Deloitte
Yes. For the core talent model, 16 weeks parental leave. Birth parent eligible for additional short-term disability.
16 weeks plus 3 of PTO after. Can be split up in first 6mo of life (maybe 1yr?)
Yea up to first year
Just took 26 weeks fully paid at Bain. Amazing benefit.
Dangg, Bain really takes care of its people
I've been happy with KPMG. 12 weeks paternity leave, can be used all at once or within the first year of the baby's life. This is in addition to the 4 weeks of PTO and 2 firm wide shutdowns.
Just got off 16 fully paid weeks with Deloitte
8 weeks at ZS, thought they were progressive but seeing these others I’m thinking otherwise
8 weeks is a good start
11 weeks of paid leave for non-birth parent at McKinsey
16 weeks at L.E.K.
Rising Star
Plus option of 3 months of non-client work at no hit to base pay (but reduced bonus and longer promo timeline) when you get back!
I’ve seen up to 8 weeks for the dads with as little as 1 weeks. I think it depends on size of firm. Have yet to see anything beyond that unless the dad I think is the primary caregiver.
Accenture Federal Services just increased our secondary caregiver parental leave from 2 weeks to 8 weeks. So now I’ll be getting 8 weeks paid parental leave this summer when my daughter is born.
Most of us are still wfh.
16 weeks at Deloitte! Looking forward to mine coming up soon!
EY 16 weeks. Ping me for referral if you’d like.
As people said… 16 weeks with Deloitte but you can stack it with 8 weeks PTO so your max is 24 weeks. You also accrue while you are out so pretty easy to do that if you’ve been hear more than a year or two.
Nope. I think varies between 3 and 6 weeks depending on level. I had 6 weeks banked from prior years not using it all. Then you accrue while you are out so end up finishing leave still with some in the bank (I was an SM taking leave then).
BCG in London is now 6 months. I just missed out, unfortunately! But next time...
