Which is a good opportunity EY GDS or KPMG Global(KGS). EY GDS has opened a new office in Pune. Salary wise there isn't much difference in both. My role is of a lead analyst in EY GDS and in KPMG global of Consultant. Tech stack wise into Data Analytics:- Tableau,SQL,GCP- Big Query. In EY GDS i will be a part of the Data and analytics team and in KPMG in the advisory TE-DEL-BI-Team.

Hi all, I was on a break in my carrer and now I got an offer from Deloitte as part of their encore program.as per the offer letter its a 16 week on job training ,post that I will get confirmed. Unless your service line is available in that location, they won't give you that location in GDS. And EY is partenered with Microsoft. So you will lot of projects with Microsoft stack. Even they will give Azure as suggetion for new clients. You can do any Azure Certification in EY GDS without any voucher
Wanted to know about leaves and how many leaves are given in probation period? And how different is the environment when we are on probation period?
Figure out which opportunity gives you the quickest ability to transfer out of the Global Delivery space and into the India (or other country) practice. Those will pay more.

So when it comes to project allocation how will they find projects for me if it's very less for my tech stack? They have client interviews right so I'm getting worried now how they will work it out for me any suggestions

You will be having client interview after joining in case if you didn't had one during recruitment. Better way to check with people who has same skillset as yours through LinkedIn. Tableau related projects are comparatively less than Power BI.
