I have barely heard back in almost 2 weeks from anyone about the offer and need to make a decision on other offers. What do I do? Could they be rescinding my offer?

HR is scheduling the interviews without checking time with me. One interview was scheduled and then it was rescheduled to a different time at last minute. I wasn't available at that time so I mailed the HR for a different slot. They again scheduled it for a later date without checking the time with me.

Does nagarro deducted tax from first month's salary, as company is saying that we can only show our investment once first salary is credited.
