Which is better from FIS Global and Fiserv, Inc

I am seeing every Fintech is doing mass layoffs. Which is better in terms of job security. I don't want to search other job just after joining

If you are laid off for hours, what is a neural reason for saying that your employment ended? Especially if there is a month or two break in finding employment.

Resume question I've had three positions over my career one of which lasted 3 months and that I got fired from, the job search took an additional 2 months. Is it worth it to leave the 3 month stint off my resume? It might be easier to explain getting fired then a 5-month gap I was thinking

On notice period 2 months left and have offer from Infosys with 120% hike.
