Points guy says United points are worth 1.3 cents, so 52000 = $676. I'd go with Chase or cash.
If you have a surplus of UA miles, I’d consider given the upcoming devaluation. Otherwise cash
SA1 Yeah, and look at prices/availability after 11/15. They suck. Major devaluations on countless routes
I believe CSR points can be worth more than $.02/p if redeemed correctly. So I would lean towards U miles or cash.
They’re all about the same +\- $25
If redeemed for travel, CSR is worth 1.5x its dollar value, so $525. If redeemed for cash its only $350.
This is a floor redemption, transferring still maximizes at a higher amount
For $60k miles you can fly to Europe and back instead of fares that easily exceed $1000
i would do the united miles. 1 cent per point is a standard benchmark for domestic flights and you’re not far off. $500 is not a cheap flight so i would want to avoid that option. CSR you are getting ok value, but i personally only do CSR travel portal bookings for airlines that i don’t have points on. they are the most valuable, so i tend to spend other points and hoard CSR points.
