Who else is experiencing anxiety knowing that projects are being put on hold or cancelled and utilization isn’t that great, and that you’re on an H1 visa?

I have a client (employer) that wishes to hire a worker that is currently in an H2B visa. Two questions: 1. Do I use the same 9142B to apply for the change of employer, and 2) because it is a change and extension (he is on year 2) it won’t count against the quota?

What to do if you haven’t heard from the embassy for 75 days. They have my passport. I came in for my H1B interview, VO told me it’s approved and I shall have my passport in 5 days. It’s in AP cont.

I moved to the Netherlands 3 months ago on a spouse visa. Was working with EY-P earlier. I have been applying to jobs and giving interviews but for some reason things are not working out. I get a different reason everytime (after going through the whole process). This has never happened earlier in life and now I don't know what else to do.
