Have any of you switched firms to make P? Worth it? Tips? Have always planned to make at my firm, but my firm isn’t keeping up their end of the deal, so I’m job hunting....

Still in a pandemic. Hiring freezes are still in place. Seeing a lot of local businesses go under. Do you think things will turn around in September or get worse? Do you think there will be more layoffs or terms “due to performance” and more businesses lost?
