Resume keeps getting rejected at Atlassian
I recently applied at multiple positions at Atlassian but my application keeps getting rejected. Before switching to my current org , i had given Atlassian interview for frontend in April and i using the exact same resume just with the update of current org. I Had cleared all rounds back then but was rejected without any feedback i am confident i will clear it this time can someone help me with the resume review?

My husband would say the same he's 61 and 👩🦲 by choice since 2001 (but says hes 25 and holding 🤣🤣🤣) and says hes sporting the Aerodynamic look. He has been prematurely Grey since he was less than 32.
Your belief in yourself should never be based on other peoples comments. At 41 you are just beginning the next best part of your life. Negativity never produces positive results. Telling yourself that each day you wake up is a great start to each day. People lose site of your value as you grow older. Never give in to false pretenses. You know who you are and what you are capable of. That should be enough for any employer who doesn't think negatively.
And for those exact reasons is why youre old. Just gotta accept it dawg lol.

I know the feeling Auditor. I am 57 obtained my BBA with a concentration in Accounting while working in several different job positions (all in either accounting, bookkeeping, or both), moved a lot times because my husband was US Army and is now retired and trying to land a job for the past 7 years ever since our move to Texas.
There is never a shortage of interviews for me; however, just to be ask why would you want to work here? Its called overqualified and probably over educated. A lot of employers want someone younger, because they are probably afraid I know more than they do and want their job which I don't. But no deal still no job offer.

I’m not sure which is worse. I am in that demographic but look younger. So I get discriminated against for looking too young. And insulted for always being in school. But I actually am not a schoolaholic when you figure I had a 15+ yr gap. lol
Not all are like that. I have had job offers and have taken a trip around for a few decades now. Age is just a number. Youth is a Mindset!
